It's either a guy isn't ready or doesn't play the position or TJ hates him.
Not grey areas in TJ ball.
But he didn't so it was probably determined that he wasn't needed or ready.
And that's all it likely is.
Nice game today, I watched the whole thing but on delay so I wasn't active in the game thread. I like that it really wasn't ever close or nerve racking in any way shape or form. Bad game for Momcilovic, and still handled them easily. That is what good teams should do to **** teams like Kansas State. Bunch of whiners and crybabies, one more game until Tang can blow the whole thing up for one more crack at it.
Nojus looks good when he's out there. Moves fluidly and appears mechanically and fundamentally sound. It has to be something where a) he's behind all of the senior combo guards or b) he's not there defensively yet.
If you're not ready to play 2 min over a walk on 30 games into the year that's a red flag.
It's probably defense. Maybe he isn't giving max effort in practice like Kelderman does. I don't get hung up on PG vs SG. Keshon, Curtis and Tamin play PG and SG. Heck Jefferson brings the ball up sometimes and initiates things. It is what it is. I wouldn't be shocked if he transfers. There are guards coming in next year too. Unless he wants to be Watson's and Fish's bench buddy the next three years.
I think it's concerning/disappointing that our #1 recruit SG is evidently not far enough along to get a couple minutes of playing time when Keshon's 30 minutes of playing time are up for grabs. That's my final comment on the matter.
It's really not but keep on speculating on it and it will be something to keep an eye on.
Maybe watch the bench the whole next game and see if you get the scoop on what exactly's going on.
Solid game by ISU team. Anyone notice the 3pt stats? 35% ISU 9% KSU. It would be a one point game if the % were equal.
He had a very difficult time when he brought the ball up the court. To his credit he didn't turn it over.

Not what I'm saying. He probably just isn't good enough on defense or with effort in practice.
I don't see it as a red flag if a true frosh SG isn't playing PG over a sophomore PG who has had more time in the program.
