Rumors in middle of year was Freeman would go to creighton. Not sure how legitimate those Rumors are but would probably be good fit. Hopefully Iowa's new coach can keep Dix but I have some doubts

A skilled big man so I think he can get close to that 2 million. That being said I wouldn't pay that for him with his defensive limitations but maybe that could be improved with the right coach

I love, love, love Freeman’s footwork in the paint. I think that agility could translate into being a good defender with the right coach. Doubt that we would or could spend huge money for him, though.

I’d take Dix and not think twice. I think he can guard better than he’s shown. That said, I have no idea what his nil value is or if he prefers to stay or has a school in mind if not. I could easily see Creighton take Freeman, Harding and Dix and they could afford it. But then if devries gets that job maybe McDermott won’t cross him.

I like Freeman, but as long as we have Jefferson, don't feel that is a good post tandem for ISU. Strong believer staff needs to find a rim protecting/ rebounding post in the portal. My only caveat would be if staff feels Rock is ready to play 20 mpg next year.

I like Dix on offense, but not impressed by his defense. But maybe coaching can fix that.
