So apparently we don't get any timeouts in the NCAA tournament. That was a disaster of a quarter from every single person on that ISU side.
big time out-coached by the Princeton coach.Just going to pony this out. Guard play has been really bad.
That does not mean you can't complain about the fouls. If you get fouled, you should gewt a foul. HOWEVER, we add just plainly bad play on top of that, we'll not do well. And we are plainly playing bad and forcing it to Audi over and over is a bad idea. Oh well, nothing different than the rest of the year. Darn.Stop complaining about no fouls. We play extremely weak and dumb on top of it when forcing the ball to Audi.
As someone who only watches the Twister Sisters in this tournament, feels like they are lucky to be invited to the play-in game
You can tell they made big time adjustments between quarters. None on our end.big time out-coached by the Princeton coach.
Not even going to say that’s the players’ faults. It’s not. What the hell? They went on two separate runs and zero timeouts? It can be hard to pull out of an offensive funk, and uh…one way to do so is to take a timeout.
I was surprised we didn’t call a timeout to stop that run…especially with subs sitting at the scorers tableSo apparently we don't get any timeouts in the NCAA tournament? That was a disaster of a quarter. From every single person on that ISU side.
They are not interested in being there. Notice the lack of any foul calls in the first half. Luckily they called the ball dead when the ball hit the stands.I didn’t go back but it seemed fairly clear that the first quarter should have had time on the clock after the shot clock violation, but the refs were just like.. nah.
only if you want the season overThrowing up awful shots and playing zero defense isn’t a good recipe.
