I’ve never been a huge Verstappen fan, but since last year (once the Red Bull was no longer the fastest car in the grid) it has been obvious how great of driver he truly is. I’m ready to admit he may be among the greatest to ever do it.

Still love you Schumi!!!

He is now my favorite driver. That wasn’t the case before but I know cream of the crop athletes when I see them. He is in the Michael Jordan type spots. He makes the difference. Glad to see Sainz so far up. Hope he can get some points

Yea, I’ve been finding myself really enjoying seeing him race lately. Don’t think I’ll ever be his #1 fan, but watching greatness is entertaining.

As a Ferrari fan I feel bad for Leclerc. Think he has huge potential, but Ferrari seems unable to put together a top tier car.

Never been a huge fan of Max, but I'll always acknowledge greatness. It's pretty obvious RB is the 5th or 6th fastest car on the grid (on a good day), and he's the only human being on the planet that can put it on the front row.

I think it’s crazy how they have such normal sounding conversations with drivers while they are driving that fast. They sound relaxed and calm like they are talking on the phone

They need to switch sides on the pole position at some of these tracks. Max wins that race without his bad start. I thought Oscar was the weak link on that team before the season. Not looking like that now. He is way more composed and makes way less errors than Lando.

His problem last year was consistency. It's early but he's one wet corner in Australia from being damn near perfect. I think Lando will bounce back pretty strong though, I think they trade the points lead back and forth all year.

I think we finally have a battle for the drivers title for the first time in years. It would be nice to be between Max and somebody rather than two teammates but it's better than seeing Max or Lewis run away with it like they have for the last decade.
