I think more than not that 'pissed off' settles once they admit they got beaten just like most people do, with a bit of deception.
I don't think you will convince Dave.. Would love to see a behind the scenes of the jury hanging out and discussing things about what they think and their thought process of how they will cast their vote for the winner.

I thought for sure Joe had sniffed out Kyle’s lie. I don’t see how Kyle or Kamila can win at the end, as others have mentioned they’ve made quite a few of the jurors mad.

The editing this season just seems so weird to me. I can't tell if Joe is getting a winners edit or if he's gonna be a lock for a season 50 returnee.

Rooting for Kyle and Kamilla.

Twice now K & K have convinced J & E to vote someone out of their own alliance instead of going with the plan. The only downfall I see in their game is letting Joe and/or Eva make it to the end.

Both J & E are very likable and have good life stories. We've seen in recent seasons how the relationships they build with the jury and their perceived "need" is more important to the jury than good game play. I feel this jury will honor the good moves in the game as opposed to who they liked better. However if they are bitter K & K have burned alot of people to get here. With all the talk of honor and trust they may just say screw it J & E never lied to me or targeted me, they were lied to.

I can't wait for next week. Should be the most interesting final 5 in a while. I wonder if Kamilla will figure out by playing behind the scenes nobody knows how involved she has been in some of these vote outs. The way the show has been edited it looks like Kyle has been the driving force behind everything and Kamilla has just been along for the ride when Kyle comes up with a plan. I wonder how much of the plan she has come up with along side him that we haven't seen. Her best chance is if Kyle isn't sitting next to her. She has nothing to point to as her plan. Kyle has implemented everything as far as the other players are concerned.

I still think there has been to big of a deal made out of the "secret" K & K alliance for it not to play a role in who wins.
Or is the edit trying to make it a bigger deal than it actually is??? Like the whole episode about voting Joe out??

Finally got to watch today.

Did anyone else find the purposeful voice distortion during tribal annoying? Like Joe is in an echo chamber or something?!?!

I thought that was theatrics beneath even a reality show.

I would not mind it on any other reality show but they are going way over board on Joe this season and Survivot is usually above that type of thing

It’s annoying because they have never done anything like that at a tribal council, at least to my knowledge. So I’m hoping it is setting something up for the next episode.

They used to do a Ponderosa series on their YouTube channel that showed what thw jury did between votes. Some of that came out during the interviews and the jury hung out. Wish they would bring that back

It's going to kill me not to watch the finale till Friday or Saturday given how good this season has been and my favorite Joe is still in the game. My kids have games or practices and they like to watch with me so I will have to wait.

If Joe makes final 3 he's winning no matter who he goes up against IMO. If he does he's a close 2nd to my all time favorite Tom Westman. He's played a very similar game to Tom IMO and also is a fire fighter too.

The jury is going to be interesting. I'm not sure how they would vote when Kyle and Kamilla have to expose their secret alliance because the chaos they created screwed David and Shauhin who Kyle was supposedly aligned with. I don't know how Eva wins, she has to be the reason Joe is on the jury either by voting him out or beating him at fire to have a case to defend her game as she's been Joe's sidekick. Same for Kamila, she can't sit next to Kyle and claim the moves they made where her ideas. Mitch has no shot regardless, he has no moves to show on his resume. Nice guy but anyone he would go up against in a final 3 has played a stronger game than him. Immunity will be huge, if Joe or Eva wins the other will use Eva's idol to make 4. If that happens I think the Kyle and Kamila partnership gets exposed somehow because the 3 of them will be scrambling to save themselves.

I also can’t stop laughing every time they pan to the jury and David just looks pissed af

I came across this exit interview with David that was good. I need to watch the one with Shauhin when I have a chance.

David kind of said he didn't do a good job trying to convince Joe that Kyle and Kamilla were working together and that saying Joe went back on his word (I agree with David I think Joe did go back on his word) was probably where he lost Joe. Obviously, this interview happened after the season was filmed and over so hard to tell what his mindset may have been in the actual moment, but I don't think he sounds pissed or bitter in this interview.

It's going to come down to who ends up in the final 3 because if Kyle and Joe are both there it will come down to which game did the jury respect more: Joe's honest game or Kyle's deceptive game and secret alliance with Kamilla. I don't think Kamilla or Eva have a shot of winning if Joe or Kyle are sitting at the final 3 with them as both pretty much road coattails to get there. Mitch has no gameplay to show for deserving to win either, he never could pull the trigger on making a big move and probably too late now to do that as he's basically become the middle vote for Kyle and Kamilla or Joe and Eva depending on how the last immunity challenge goes. If Joe or Eva wins it the other likely uses Eva's idol so Mitch basically has to chose Kyle or Kamilla if he doesn't want to go home and he can't really take claim on that vote because it would be Joe and Eva making the decision for him.

So I guess there is sort of a shorts version of Ponderosa. Shauhin's take is interesting, wonder if his opinon changes once he finds out Kyle and Kamilla lied to Joe to get him out. Did not find for David or others before him but Mary and Star do have ones. Some deleted scenes on the full videos I may have to poke around too. Also a short on the voting results for season 50 aspects. I still prefer the Ponderosa videos they used to do like the ones they had the seasons 30+ where you go instant reaction to what just happened, reaction to how much weight they lost and how they look the first time seeing themselves in the mirror and getting a good meal then finding out other stuff from the jury they didn't know about. That was a really good insight into how the jury was thinking going into final tribal plus the bonus footage of them doing other stuff between votes was fun too.

This is a good interview with Shauhin

Take it for what it's worth but he said he thinks the jury would have voted him the winner even if Joe was in the final 3. He also makes some points about how "America's Pick" is obviously Joe but that doesn't necessarily mean that is what the jury thinks. The 1 thing that stood out to me was that he said they all saw Season 46 before they filmed their season and in season 46 it felt like everyone was trying to make a big move just for the sake of making a big move and no one had loyalty. To refresh season 46, that is the one that Kenzie won which felt like a sympathy vote because they all felt she needed the money more than Charlie who most fans of the show felt should have won the season. The 3rd person was Ben who didn't get a single vote and was basically drug to the end because everyone knew he would not win. That maybe explains the reluctance for some of the players to make moves at certain points of the game because they didn't want to play it like the cast of 46 did?

In my opinion:

I think Kyle wins if he makes it to the final 3.

Mitch has no shot, no matter what.

Joe wins if he's sitting there without Kyle.

Tossup between Kamilla and Eva if it's them + Mitch. Eva has a nice personal story and was never really under heat at all thanks to her advantages and strong relationship with Joe, but Kamilla has shaped the game more and will probably be a more compelling final tribal speaker.

Eva beats Kamilla. No doubt if that is the choice. Eva has a story. Kamilla has been a lap dog the whole show unless they are not showing us something. Eva has actually done a lot of stuff also.
