You said he was 1000% committed to the highest offer and that has changed (what changed?) and with zero inside knowledge I think it’s a little rash to jump immediately to that conclusion.

Also, committing/decomitting isn’t new to the current state of college athletics. It’s been happening for decades. Kids decommit and commit to us and no one says a word.

ISU never announced the commit, maybe this was one of those conditional offers, kid got excited, threw an edit on his socials announcing a commitment to an offer the school wasn't ready to take a commitment for yet...

Do they announce commits now or just people who signed? I thought it was just when ink hit paper

Recruiting had become a total joke. It’s pointless to even pay attention to it anymore.
Buddy…committing and de committing has been going on for decades. I promise you nothing has fundamentally changed in that regard especially when it comes to 16-18 yr olds.
