    To me, this relates to Nebraska's Big 12 exit in a couple of ways. Obviously for both TX and NE, it is/was the money--isn't it always? However, I also felt--yeah, I know this is gonna be a stretch--the unspoken reason for NE bolting was that they couldn't beat TX. Now TX can't beat what it feels...

    Agreed. A lot is made by coaches in regard to player evaluation/development/improvement; however, good coaches are constantly improving/growing themselves as well. Here's hoping Prohm is doing that.

    2019 Cyclone-Hawk Game

    Most states with two or more power 5 conference teams have their "rivalry" games near the end of the season. I know that won't happen--separate conferences and other reasons--with I-State vs Iowa, but watching them play when (in theory) they're both hitting their strides would be a nice change.

    How concerned should we be about the offense?

    All I have to say is the more I watch David Montgomery, the more I'm impressed. The kid's a beast--and his balance is amazing. Just imagine the numbers he'd put up if he had two or three road graders in front of him--because this year every yard he gets looks to be all on his own.
