We had a 2.75% rate on the old mortgage, so we didn't hurry to pay that one off. This new one has a 5.5% interest rate, and I intend to pay it off in four years.- dmclone

Yowsa, I'm happy I'm not planning on taking on any debt. My credit score dropped 40 points in one month. It appears that the removal of the previous mortgage, which was 21 years old, and a new loan (mortgage) were the contributing factors.- dmclone

515 for sale
2025 515 seemed the same as 2013 515. I just looked back at some check-ins, and they haven't really changed anything in the last decade. I liked them, but they needed to get with the times. I can't imagine in today's world anyone wanting to buy them. A lot like Peace Tree. -
