I was there
Unfortunately, I was not there. Had tickets, but was unavoidably detained playing in the HS state semifinals 30 minutes away. ISU wasn’t the only good guys that won that day in dramatic fashion…….;) -

HVAC complaint
Time to find an new HVAC company. Like a lot of professions (mechanics, plumbers, electricians, attorneys, doctors, etc.) find the ones that are honest and hold on to them tightly. Short story about a local Toyota dealership in FTD, that also happens to have a dealership in Ames….. Car needed... -

To say that Jamie was built for this is an understatement as he had perhaps the perfect apprenticeship at UW. For those that were old enough to remember, UW athletics were in a similar situation prior to hiring Barry to coach the football team. He was their Matt Campbell. A major difference...- kirk89gt

A must-read piece for any ISU fan from the Athletic...
These are the same words I share with my sons and they just don’t get it……..They don’t grasp why dad doesn’t get as amped up as he once did about Cyclones sporting events. You ever been to the Sam’s in Ankeny on a Saturday in the middle of the day? It is the definition of a zoo. Not a fan of waiting in line for gas either……at least the app is a godsend where you can move at your own pace, scan your stuff as you go, pay for it, and leave without waiting in line to... -

Why is life worth living?
There are most definitely little joys in life. Wearing school colors in enemy territory is one of them. Think of it as a very respectable middle finger to everyone but the one and only thing of value in Iowa City. And that is my 16yo son that does it…….raised him right! -

Why is life worth living?
Another option I forgot to mention……. You should be able to have your primary care physician complete the paperwork as well. There may be some more back and forth this way but it would at least get the conversation started, which is important.
