    exactly true. But the reason Hali is underrated by cyclone fans is a big overall reason. The team sucked. And then he got hurt and left. Tinsley just made the team champs both years. 2nd year was basically him and a bunch of ham and eggers. Winning matters when evaluating legacy.

    He was high risk high reward. But JT was the best PG this school has seen. Hornecek would be next. JT played two years and won league out right twice. 2nd year was without fizer .

    tinsley was an elite passer as well. He just took more chances and turned it over more than tyrese.

    Maybe with 3 more possessions without turnovers from Jefferson we can score 4 more points? Bad thing is that was a low turnover game for us by a ways. Recently we have been around 17 every night. Very good offensive game. Not so much on defense. Can’t afford big turning over as much as he does...

    We are not near as good on defense as last year. Let alone Houston. Bottom line we gave up 96. Houston gave up 54.

    We can win games with existing guys playing 4. But not against really good teams. Not big enough and not mature enough. To advance farther in dance than this year we need 4 and 5 men who get points for us against other good bigs

    This is the point. Most freshman aren’t going to play on good teams. But they want the money at big schools. Kids need to understand there sitting for a couple of years. They also need to understand there not as good as older guys now. They will be older guys someday. But not willing to wait...

    If we want to win games deep in ncaa tourney, we need somebody with size to score around the basket. Against illinois our bigs scored almost nothing
