    Football- I can’t think of anybody that stands out. However, in basketball, I remember a guy named Marcus Fizer that came out of Louisiana. He turned out ok.

    Great pickup by CMC and company! I suspect he wanted to play for LSU since he was a kid since he was from Baton Rouge, but maybe too much talent ahead of him. Hopefully he can contribute and be another great Cyclone that gets to the league.

    Last Dance with Mary Jane: What I still hear to this day: ‘There’s some bi+ches down on Market Square’ correct lyric: ‘There’s pigeons down on Market Square’ Either way, the next line advises they’re ‘standing in their underwear’…I guess bi+ches in underwear made more sense to me.

    What Iowa State players have a chance of being drafted in the next few years?

    Brahmer, Dom Orange, Freyler, and Bacon are the guys I see right now. I think Rocco could get there too with a couple more great seasons. Isn’t it exciting that we have so many guys in the NFL now with possibly many more to follow? I remember a time when we hardly ever put guys in the league...

    Houston is a beast, but we looked pretty solid last night against a great Baylor team. Cyclones 64-62 in a street fight.
