    My first thought. I swung and missed with an ex who is set to inherit thousands of acres in South Dakota. Don't recall the exact number just know her parents farm over 2000, all owned, and her mom has 500+ more she inherited that they rent.

    If it's viable financially, buy a house there for him and friends. My best friends to this day are roommates from the house my dad bought when my older brother was a freshmen. Added fun story, Ann Campbell, mayor at the time was our neighbor. Think my dad charged $250/month to 2 friends/month so...

    IDK, but there's a lot of speculation in that comment. Harrington is Wiscy based but not tied to these brothers AFAIK Back in my day it was just Niang getting free drinks at Paddys and Scotty having fun at Sips.

    I don't have a clue but I doubt high school players outside of the top 10 or 15 are demanding crazy numbers. Transfers like Milan who are proven and top dudes like Dybansta skew the narrative on NIL money.

    Nah, algorithm = pattern to solve a problem. X, Google and others have 1 algorithm for everyone.

    I'd go with anyone who says "my algorithm." Most misused term on the internet and disrespectful to Jim Lathrop who teaches the hardest course I took in college. Com Sci 311.

    Wild. Mine was $29k sticker, spent a couple hours hard balling it down. Most annoying day of my life.

    I was curious so just hopped on Carvana and comparable 2016 Ford Explorers to mine with ~100k miles are going for $17k. That's insane. I paid $27k for it used at the end of 2016 with ~16k miles and the MSRP new on it was $40k.

    Alot of it is on the Japanese government over the companies. They bet on hydrogen over BEV, built out infrastructure for it and here we are.
