Interesting that we get to practice with game balls to be used in Ireland.

Schools provide their own game balls and they are broken in during preseason, as well as a few new game balls broken in throughout the season as needed. They’re inspected by an official before each game and marked by the inspecting official, so they can quickly identify if a non-approved game ball is slipped into the rotation between plays.
