Dry January
The Sam Adam's "Just The Haze" (albeit still about the cost of a normal 6pk) is the best NA beer I've tried. Worth a shot if anyone is looking for another alternative. -
NA Beers that dont taste like monkey butt
I did my first dive into the NA world this January. Sam Adams Just the Haze was so tasty I've added it to my normal fridge stock. Athletic Brewing was decent as well, though some fell flat in taste imo (particularly the Golden Ale). -
Best new chicken restaurant
Charlotte's Kitchen in Johnston (and soon to be Indianola) may be the best chicken sandwich I've had in Iowa. If you are in the metro it is well worth the visit. Great food, staff and story. https://charlotteskitchendsm.com/- CycoT
