Texas beating WV now...that's going to be a tricky game down there.

For some reason I like ISU's chance of beating WV once; they take care of the ball very well and hopefully would do the same relative to everyone else.

Does OSU hanging with KU at KU give any validation that perhaps ISU beating them by 10 in Stillwater was a nice win yet?

Our defense is going to bother WVU. It's about the same level of offensive talent minus Devon Williams to eat space, get offensive boards, and draw fouls on post ups. Plus they aren't as fast they got bigger but slower on their press.

KU and OSU was extremely entertaining. I tried watching WVU & UT...yuk! I was reminded, once again, why I never bother watching WV games (unless they are playing the Clones).

It was a good game.
Fran F. was off of his "ISU game", however.
--His top three backcourts- KU, UCLA, and Creighton.
-- Ran off a list of the 'old Big 8' teams, no mention of ISU.
--Ran off a list of great Big 8 coaches, no mention of Johnny.

As was said above, he seems to have just been a Hoiberg fanboi, not an ISU.

Oklahoma gets first win since December 7th. Actually a nice win at home against Tech.

They looked OK agains KU the other night.

Not much for 'should wins' left as it's obvious there's some real capable teams if/when they get things figured out.

No kidding. SMH, this ******* conference is brutal.

I knew Dixon and Underwood would be big upgrades, but Beard has surprised me. He's already more aggressive and passionate than Tubby ever was at Tech. Just think, the bottom two teams in the rankings are Texas and OU. I can guarantee if Kruger stays around OU, they will be back, and either Shaka will get it figured out, or Texas will throw money at someone who can. This conference is not about to get any easier in the future.

I really don't think outsiders realize how insanely hard the round robin schedule really is. Especially when the conference is 8 deep.

The league is tough. The round robin is fun. But I'm not sure the conference is best in the land by any standard. Certainly BU gave K-State a *****-slapping yesterday like no other team has this year. And everyone else - below Ku - will continue to beat up on one another. Texas almost did the number on Hugs; sadly the game is not horseshoes. Jamie Dixon was a hell of hire. Spring football enters my mind.

Fran just likes the attention he gets from ISU and WVU fans when he says nice things about you guys. And he tries hard to not say anything bad about those two fan bases because they blow up his twitter account whenever he does.
Clearly you haven't seen Kansas fans cry about him on twitter
