Well quick, Chris, tell them whats going on! This thing is a done deal in my mind, and if I had to reverse that it would take years and years of expensive and exhausting therapy.

The fact that they know nothing is actually pretty telling IMO. I would think any coach would be trying to dispel the rumors if there was nothing to it...

I think he's probably contemplating it and giving JP the option to offer him a competing offer. The only place to confirm he's accepted is the one news story from omaha yesterday. No other source has said he accepted the offer.
I find it strange that even ESPN has reported it as a done deal along with info about the contract. All the while, JP and none of the players seem to be saying anything. I would think by now, someone from ISU would have said something confirming things.
I would prefer that if he's leaving he just send a fruit basket to the practice facility. The best thing that can happen is if the players are sufficiently ****** and stay. Then we could have a mirroring of the football situation.

THis will be VERY awkward if these rumors are not true. Can you imagine being Greg Mc on the tailgate tour next month if he does not leave. "Come shake my hand and take a picture before I leave or get fired."
He has to be leaving. If he stayed, this just gives JP all the more reason to can him after this year.
with all those that are not happy with him I was wondering if he would go on the tour or not...guess it will be extra happy and upbeat now with a new coach, good run by the womens team and coming off of a bowl win.
true but unless he went behind jp's back which I highly doubt he did jp had to give consent for cu to talk to him.
