bases loaded for Hunter. 2 outs. Why is it always bases loaded with two outs?

edit... and hunter strikes out. the experiment isn't working.

Yeah. Despite what management says, the Hunter signing was strictly a shot at playing to fan nostalgia and not at all about making the team better.

You don't add a nearly-40 year-old, poorly rated defender to one of the worst OF defenses in the game to get "better."

"It's opening day and we're facing the Royals" used to have a different level of enthusiasm for me.

I thought Twins maybe turned a corner after winning the first game against the sox handily and jumping out to a 4-0 lead. Oh how I was tricked.

This team blows. Overachieving for them would be 70 wins.

Indians are in town this weekend.. Winnable series.. However, its the twins.. Theyll probabley stay within 8-10 games in the central through memorial day.. Then the bottom will.fall out...

At some point, Twins need to move on from Mauer and use his salary to bolster young guys and young talent.

Boston fans are already starting to lick their chops. They seem to think "Say It Ain't So Joe" will be in a Red Sox uniform next year.

Won 4 out of the last 5. Much better, but probably fool's gold. Like I said, I'd be surprised if they get to 70 wins this year.

Crossing the streams here with the Santana suspension thread, but fits better here.
Milone was just sent to AAA so they can activate Nolasco...what do I win?

Nice to see them playing better after the horrible start. Would've been nice had they not given away the Wednesday game to Detroit so they could be over .500 now.
Milone produced better than preplacement level in Oakland.
Yes. In Oakland. Nowhere else.

Unless the Twins are moving into Oakland Coliseum, he's worthless.

No way he's still in rotation, or in it with a sub-5 ERA through All-Star break.

Credit where credit is due. Never thought they would sniff .500. Chance to go above with Pelfrey today.
