We do not lose a game due to incompetent officiating. We do not get a single apology letter.

The opposing coach flying his team in for game tells pilot that Ames expanded their airport for bigger jets. The 737 slides off end of runway [no one hurt] to coahes disbelief. He is confused since recent success in ISU recruiting had to be due to airport improvements. It affects his confidence so much he coaches a conservative game and the underdog by two touchdown CMC gang upset the ranked opponent. Texas and Oklahoma immediately petition the NCAA for hearings and Congress investigation as how ISU is achieving recruiting success. Now, if that happens I am poster of the year!!!!

I was going to make the bold prediction that Iowa State leads the Big12 in rushing, but I decided to look up last years first... Baylors rushing numbers are insane!

ISU will stun the college football world by winning seven of their first eight games in the Matt Campbell era, setting up a Thursday night showdown with undefeated Oklahoma with first place in the Big 12 on the line. The Clones will enter as two score underdogs, but after surprise guest
Seneca Wallace's inspiring pregame address to the team ISU beats the Sooners on a last second 45 yard FG by Cole Netten. The demons of the 2002 game and every missed kick in Cyclone history are all exorcised in one shot.

Opposing teams and their fan will be using WTF, and WTH when they see the 'horrible' ISU OL play way better than advertised.

Okay, though late, I'll have a go at this: At the end of the bowl season, Coach Campbell here's from every power five school whom have recently fired their head coach do to dismal results, and after ISU's remarkable 11-2 season, (including the major bowl victory). CMC announces that he has decided to stay at Iowa State after J. Pollard and influential donors put together a package retaining Coach Campbell at $4M per year.

Well, it was supposed to be a BOLD prediction, wasn't it?

After last night, here's a bold prediction by me.... as good as Warren is, and he is really good, David Montgomery is even better. Boy was I impressed with Montgomery last night. He just looked "special" IMO.

Cole Netten masters the swirling winds of JTS, converting all of his XP attempts and 88% of his FG attempts for the season.
0-2 on the bold prediction front. Maybe I was a little too bold...
