I sold 50% of my AMD position at 39.50. Feel pretty good about it. If it drops below $35 I’ll buy more. If it goes up from here, I still win.
Yeah AMD mid to low 30s is a good buy. Buddy has made over $220k on AMD over the last 2 years. He sold at $38.50 last week or so but is looking to get back into it.

TSLA above $400 - crazy how much profit has been possible with this stock, up or down. Whar @ArgentCy??

What's up? You can make a ton of profit on any stock. This one is volitile. But hey, like I said earlier in this thread I would not short or go long this stock. Far too much manipulation. But they will be out of business in a few years. Nice truck or is it a triangle?

$72 billion mkt cap for a company that has never (I believe) posted a yearly profit.

Not really, but good try though. The point of this thread is to discuss / predict about specific stocks, not the overall universe of stocks in the market. I happen to favor the volatility of this particular one, and have done well with it as a result.

But you keep doing you, man.

Lol... $102.7 Billion market cap earlier this month. Passing Volkswagon but still behind the largest in the world Toyota ($235.6 B)

https://www.365news.com/2020/01/tesla-tops-volkswagen-to-become-second-most-valuable-auto-maker/

However,

Volkswagen said it delivered almost 11 million vehicles last year, including cars made by other brands its owns such as Audi and Porsche. Tesla delivered 367,500 cars last year.

Yep, that seems sustainable. :eek::rolleyes:

Easy come easy go. I know you can't see it but this is a fraud and not sustainable. How much money could you have made investing in Enron? A ton if you sold at the right time.
