2 teams I’ve seen that i wouldnt want to play are North Carolina and Murray St. and they’re both in the East bracket with Kentucky and Baylor out. That region is just nasty UCLA, Texas and St Mary are all tough too.

Did you tell them Baylor never really got to full strength and was up and down all season? And they weren't the darlings of college basketball entering the tourney?
I’m a Big12 homer but Baylor was the one team i didnt pick going far. Saw this one coming.

Not this game specifically but the scheduling yesterday in MKE seemed to be crap.

1st session should have been earlier to leave room for the transition and ISU's game felt like a time out or pause in action every 30 seconds.

I don't understand the Saturday scheduling. Everyone had to watch that game and then the second game is in the same arena, ensuring a 30 minute layoff between games.

Apparently at the Duke game last night there were a ton of fans outside who couldn't get in by tipoff because the turnaround between daytime and evening sessions was so short.

I understand that it was an OT game...but that is a problem! I thought all winter the games lasted longer than they used to...could be my imagination though?
I'm not sure about regular season games, I can't say I paid enough attention. This was a long game but every possession was insanely contested with a million jump balls, fouls, reviews, free throws, etc. Not surprising it went so long.

For sure...wow...it was an intense game! This one will be talked about and remembered for awhile!

What was that about the officials favoring Baylor. What a joke.
Call me crazy, but if you are power 6 east of the Mississippi River and a blue blood at that like UNC, you are going to get the benefits that go with that. What I can't stand is the inconsistency. If you are going to call cheap fouls on one team, do it to the other team. Don't let one team play one way and another not be able to play that way.

Think I saw East Region 1-4 combined ranking per Kenpom was 30, while Midwest was like 99.

This is exactly what I was reacting to (shouldn’t have used the term rigged)…about midway through the second half, Baylor down huge, they start calling ticky tack hand checks and illegal hands on UNC, while allowing Baylor get away with more of the same and claw back by being way too physical. Ends up letting the game get out of hand, and then the Refs screw it up both ways in the closing minutes anyhow.

Seemed like fans were late getting into the ISU game too and I know it was at least a mess getting in, and there wasn't a ton of time to go in and get settled in.

Frankly I hate video replay. I honestly don’t care if they get it wrong. Move on.
