As much as we might despise them, they do play really good football.
The tension comes through the TV that’s for sure. Every players balls have to be in their throats.

Exactly. I’m a huge fan of all football and actually look forward to SEC games because they’re usually intense one way or another. Helps that many of the teams have played each other for a long time so there is a ton of emotion and rivalry.
I find baseball boring and very slow
Alabama doesn’t have the greatest luck with field goal kicking at the end of the game.
The top teams do which is fine.
It's the circle jerk over the whole conference is what's stupid just like tOSU/UM vs. the B1G.
Tradition and history and proximity make for more intense, interesting football? Who would have thought. We should arrange conferences to encourage this!
Well, next year they are implementing a pitch clock, so that should help speed things up.
They've had it at the Iowa Cubs for a couple years and now and I'm always in and out in under 2.5 hours now. Sometimes I feel like it speeds it up a little too much though. There was a game I attended this summer that was under 2 hours.
