Feels like an overall higher percentage of games on ESPN+ for the conference. Is that true or am I just a little slow?
I'm pretty sure we played Alabama twice with Prohm. I think both were in a pre-season tournament? Maybe Atlantis?
The best thing about the schedule I noticed is we don't have to follow WV on any station this year. I know Huggie is gone but there were so many games where we missed at least 1/2 of the first half of many games due to WV.
You are right on bama. It was the preseason tournament we played in 2019-20, before we knew how bad we were.
They're my absolute favorite days in the winter. Do one game, go over to Welch Ave Station for some pizza and beer, get the second game in, and usually home by 8PM
I noticed for the first time we are having Stripe, Gold, Cardinal, White and Black out games on the schedule this year:

Battle 4 Atlantis in 2019. Rasir and Haliburton couldn't miss. We put up 104. Alabama actually ended up being a decent team that year.
Unfortunately, Florida A&M and the TCU half court shot were about a month later. Hali was playing through injury in January before completely breaking his wrist in early February.
Closing out UT with 5 straight on the LHN. Already said but worth noting again...

Lol. Getting blacked out on New Years Eve sounds about right.
I feel like maybe one of Hoibergs last teams or Prohms first year we played them in Kansas City also.
And the AD has been selling a 4 T-shirt pack (cardinal, gold, white, black) for $40 the last few months.
Now that all the conferences are huge and all the schedules are unbalanced - the regular season is kind of pointless in college basketball.
Plenty of good wins to be had to help our tourney seeding, and then March is all that really matters anymore.
