I'm sure Iowa will run away with this eventually, but Holy Cross looking good early -- nice aggressive defense. Four turnovers for Clark in five minutes.

Holy Cross within two at the end of the first quarter, 23-21. Clark's looked legitimately angry both times she's been taken out of the game. Up to five turnovers for Clark and only one made shot (a nice driving and-1).

Not to mention it would move the conference to 5-0 so far I think.
The year in the 1980’s when the men lost to NC State in the Sweet 16, I had the undergrad vs. grad discussion with Digger when it looked like we might play them. He said people’s hearts are usually foremost with their undergrad institution and I agree. I think our Spartan doctor goes that way too.

Big 12 signee Arizona eliminated by Syracuse, 74-69. 'Cats led by 5 with 3:00 left, and then SU guard Fair --who dropped 29 on ISU in November -- scored all 13 of her team's points down the stretch for the win.
