That win alone won't do it, but we have to prepare for the possibility SEC could get 14 teams into the field.

The # of bid-thieves + at-large contenders is dwindling fast, and OU and UT still have at least one game to play.

Others on the fringe, like Ohio State and Xavier, can't help themselves.

Obviously every team not currently projected in the field is a potential bid thief but to me the legitimate ones remaining are:

North Texas in the AAC They took Memphis down to the wire @ Memphis in their only meeting.

Dayton in the A10 (split with VCU in the regular season)

UC Irvine out in Big West if they take down UC San Diego in the Big West Championship.

Colorado State and the winner of the ongoing Boise State/SDSU game in the Mountain West.

If you want OU or Texas to miss out then root like hell for VCU, UC San Diego to lose and a Mountain West final without Utah State or New Mexico (or both).

I don't care if UT beats TAMU. No team should be let into the NCAA tournament with a 6-12 conference record.

I don't know if that will get them in, but conference record isn't on the NCAA criteria, for good reason (the committee is supposed to look at the season holistically). 19 win teams make it all the time though

Weird ejection. Fran was not at all demonstrative. Must have said a magic word.

Honestly the second t all it looked like was him saying "that was ********".

That's a pretty soft T, by normal standards
