NBA: *** 2025-26 NBA Thread ***

I'm not sure what Portland is cooking up, but it'll be moderately interesting at least. Their little core of Avdija/Camara/Clingan/Sharpe are all solid. They needed to add some firepower, but not sure Ja's type of firepower is what they should be looking for! LOL

Now they have like 4 point guards all with question marks though... overpaid old Jrue Holiday, Lillard coming off an Achilles injury, Ja hopefully staying out of jail and Scoot Henderson. Has to be some more moves coming for them.

They’ve been involved with JB from Boston

Owner seems like a real piece of work.

Jaylen Brown

Really just wants to go play with his buddies in the Golden State retirement home for a year or two. Fair play to him and probably better for the Lakers to move on from LeBron and dive 100% in on building to suit Luka's needs.
Probably have to dump Jimmy to do it but he wouldn’t be playing till next calendar year anyway.

Not that I follow the NBA much anymore but a hot take I heard on some show I was listening to on the way in this morning was let LeBron try to build his super team with the Warriors because in the end they probably will still be playing out of a low playoff seed and not win a title. He's going to be 42, Curry is 38 Davis is the youngest at 33 and hasn't played more than 60 games in a season since the 23-24 season. Lebron and Steph probably not going to play any more than 60-70 games tops if you had to bet too. What's the odds all 3 can stay healthy and productive? They still probably are not the best roster in the NBA even if they can.

Golden State Senior Warriors
or
Golden State Ancient Warriors

I know that LeBron prefers to play with veterans, but this has gone too far.

LeBron bouncing LA right after Bronny's contract starts therefore sticking them with his talentless crotch goblin. Golden State, be prepared for him to do the same with Bryce next summer.
