He’s probably starting to realize the ineptitude of that ADept and the director, and realizing how crappy the MBB program actually is . Probably better off at drake until a decent offer comes along from a legit bb program.

Without a decent NIL and fan apathy over there, it will be difficult for him to win enough to turn that program around. Iowa State’s basketball program is only getting stronger, there’s no room for little brother to compete. If Drake keeps their program rolling, they will be the #2 attraction in the state. McCollum lasts five years and flames out like Buttlicker did before Fran.

There's no way they wait until tomorrow night or Tuesday if they've already got their guy. My guess is McCollum wants to pretend that he wasn't negotiating with Iowa prior to his team losing.

Yeah and with the portal opening, it means new coaches will be tossing around nil money. Everyone gets more expensive as teams start competing with each other and new deals start to set the market.
