This 2nd round issue is going to be interesting. Don't know why the Browns & Texans decided to fully guarantee their 2nd round picks deals when it has never done before. The 1st of what I suspect many 2nd rounders not reporting to camp on time has begun:

That's a big number, but I'm guessing his cap hit won't get high until 2027 or 2028. He'll play this year on his rookie deal, next year on the 5th year option, and then the extension will kick in. Take a QB in the draft next year. They'll probably be picking high.
Best case scenario is you strike gold with the QB and have him on his rookie deal while Wilson is still cheap(ish) so you can surround them with talent.
