The 2025 UFL season kicks off Friday, March 28 with St. Louis at Houston, 7 p.m. CT on FOX.

FOX will have a Friday night game each week. Other regular-season games will be split among FS1, ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2.

Active rosters are limited to 50 players. Here are the Cyclones on active rosters to start the season:

TEAMPLAYER#POS
BirminghamLa'Michael Pettway80TE
St. LouisMike Rose27LB
St. LouisWillie Harvey51LB
St. LouisChase Allen87TE
St. LouisHakeem Butler88WR

Also, Anthony Becht (HC) and Seneca Wallace (QB) are on the St. Louis staff and Marc Lillibridge is the GM for San Antonio.

St. Louis opens the season with a 31-6 win over Houston, and it could have been worse. ~300 yard advantage in total offense, +2 turnover margin, and ~275 rush yards.

Chase Allen - 1 catch, 5 yards
Hakeem Butler - 1 target
Mike Rose - 2 tackles
Willie Harvey - 1 tackle

Most of STL's passes were swings, screens, and underneath routes. Basically nothing downfield.

Birmingham dropped their opener to D.C., 18-11. OL gave up 8 sacks.

Pettway with 1 catch for 12 yards.

Not a big stats weekend for any of the former Cyclones.

Seneca yelling at his wide receivers in the locker room at halftime

St. Louis drops a 27-15 decision to D.C. 4 turnovers (3 INT) were killer. STL now 2-1.

Now that I’m getting to know the teams better, the UFL is really growing on me. Certainly more of a CFB level feel than the NFL as the talent level is a step down. But it’s entertaining at least. We’ll see how it holds my interest now that the NBA and NHL playoffs get started.

big game for St Louis today, as they are tied with Arlington. with Arlington having the tie breaker at the moment. A W today would give the Battlehawks a 1 game lead plus move the tie breaker back in their favor for the time being. KA KAW!!!!

Is Fox pumping crowd noise into the broadcasts this year? It sounds like Mike Tysons Punchout on NES.

Hakeem Butler still hurt which has been a big difference the last 2 weeks for STL.
