I've always wondered why we do the wave at FB games but not at BBall. It would look awesome in Hilton if we got a fast wave going during a timeout. Maybe even have the Cyclone Warning siren playing. It would look very cyclonic in an enclosed venue.

Pretty sure I've done the wave at Hilton before...

I just want screaming, jumping, and craziness in the student section not just after a huge play, but non stop. It may increase those huge plays!

That was a cool video though. It would be tough with only 2 seperated student sections directly across from each other.

Maryland surely had to spend a little time to coordinate/practice that. How and when would they do that and did our student section know in advance when we did the Harlem shake?

CA had a piece of paper on each seat in the section stating when it would happen...

How many student sections did the Harlem Shake this weekend? More or less than all of them?

Gotcha. Ours was pretty good but IMO coulda been even better if students knew about it before hand. More props, crazier costumes, etc...

Jesus, how many student tickets do they sell? And I wish our AD would put students on the bleachers all around the stands, it would make Hilton even better. The atmosphere would be so much crazier, and so much louder on the court. The goal should be to get as many students in the arena as possible to maximize noise, and I think we would get a lot more of them at games if it was situated like that.

I know those seats are big money seats, but I think there is more money to be made increasing the home court advantage and the atmosphere and the basketball brand of ISU than there is on about 500 or so.

Not to mention in integrates students into more of the regular season ticket holders and would only encourage them to be more involved.

THe only thing Maryland has on us is Mr. McGibblets... Probably got the costume when it was clearanced after Halloween. Knew I should have thrown down the $50, just didn't think it would ever come in handy. I know, I know - Mr. McGibblets is always appropriate!
