Looks like they just were extending the boom with megawing attachment as a trial run per se. Early on there it looked as if the megawing would come in contact with west support but it wasn't as they swung around...I can't see the cam either but is the other crane still sitting in the parking lot to the northeast?
No, it's not. I saw it start moving and then whoever the dumba$$ was running the camera focused in on the structure. I THINK it took off down the road. Wonder why??
After it takes a small break, it should be ready to go again. Of course, it probably depends on how old the crane is.
The structure that spans between the towers goes up this week (tentatively scheduled for Wednesday). The actual video board goes up in mid-late July.
I'd say less than a day. Setting the two pieces will be the easy part. Putting in bolts and tightening them up will take the most time.
I would think after 4 hours, a professional should be called. That is too long and damage can be done.
