Will he continue to be the new face of the Yankees, or will he be just a good player? As a Yankees fan since a little boy, I've been waiting for the next power hitter that comes up through the farm club. There have been many one year wonders, But number 7 is the last one to sustain his potential. I know there have been other stars, but he is the best right handed power hitter they have had in a long time.

He could fail to live up to the standard he has already set...and still be a VERY good player! He will be fun to watch for sure!

This, after being a .179 hitter and striking out 50% of the time as a call up last fall, putting up close to triple crown numbers is a little crazy. Jeez, he was a toss up choice to start this spring over Aaron Hicks and everyone was talking about the insane hitting of Greg Bird. Currently the whole team other than Didi and Clint Frazier are slumping at the plate. Will see how Judge does in the 2nd half but half of his 1st half would still be okay and 75% would be great.

Judge gets so much press (maybe too much) for his big bombs but the guy has really impressed me as an outfielder (good glove, big arm) and base runner (insert ). I've watched most every game this summer so have seen him a lot.

Didn't think much of him last year, a K machine. He's much improved. Seldom chases pitches out of the zone, consistent approach at the plate, slightly better than average fielder. Legitimate chance to lead league in homers, average and RBI's.

He will be a good player, but his BABIP so far this season is insanely high. There will be a pretty significant correction to the mean. I think we are seeing that already post-all star break.

His BABIP isn't that insanely high. Judging by his college and minor league numbers, he's always gonna be a bit over .300 just due to his raw power. He may not be a .310 hitter, but .270 seems reasonable.
