Activity trackers

What does everyone use when it comes to these. I'm about through with fitbit aka google health.

On my 2nd charge 6 which I think died tonight. Only had the thing like 9 months.

What activity do you track specifically? There's all kinds of general step-counting watches out there.

I've looked at a few but would like one that's just steps, no smart/internet connection.

I like steps and sleep tracking as someone battling sleep apnea.
