I was so happy for Sean to have a good game today. It felt good watching him hit those threes!

I like Sean's game but one thing he does that puzzles me is he often will turn down an open three point shot and take 1 dribble and shoot an off balanced 18 footer instead. I know he's got a solid mid range game but I don't understand why he does that. That's cool Adam got to see his best game of the season.

He still seems like he is playing in a gear that's a little too fast, but man does the kid give some effort out there! Good to hear Adam was there to see it. Once a Cyclone, always a Cyclone

I just saw in the Rag that Mike Taylor was there too.
I sure hope it is true that he got his life put back together.

Mike Taylor was there walking around most of the game in a blue sweatshirt.

I saw him go talk to Adam H, didn't realize they knew each other. Then he talked to Pollard for a while and hung out in the first row with some guys I didn't recognize.

he didn't walk out with the "2000's" at the end of the game ... I'm guessing it was just too early.

Cyclone fans are the greatest. I wondered what kind of reception guys like Stinson or Coach E would get ... I think they got a couple of the loudest cheers of the day.

Randy Brown coming out was a little awkward.

I had to google him, I'd forgotten the guys name.

whoops, I must've clapped right through his name - I wouldn't of if I'd remembered who he was.

I remember that night vividly. Rumors were rampant that the Feds were coming to get all the Strangesearch music sharers.

:smile::wink::yes:

Sean was leading score at 12 with Jiri. Rahshon had 13 of the 32 rebounds. We outrebounded the Big Red by one. The three Cyclone leaders who came through did 85% of their damage after halftime.

Looks like the bench outscored the starters in first half:
:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: Nine

Had the binocs out, and he was talking to Chris Ceasar and Dustin Streff near the ISU bench and CA.

Thats funny about Adam being there. On the ride back home i made a crack why Adam wasnt back in town for the celebration, guess i was wrong.

With all the former players that showed up it goes to show you how close the Cyclone basketball family is and how much ISU and ISU basketball means and meant to them. I was suprised by some of the names that I saw and heard that attended the game. I think it is great that Adam, Curtis S, Mike T, and the list goes on and on were there. No one should question their Cyclone card anymore. Suppse Pollard got any money out of them for that basketball practice facality?

Once a Cyclone, always a Cyclone

While Adam can come back whenever he wants, and he'll always have my support as the family member of a player on our team just like any other team members brother or parent, he's no longer a cyclone.

Just my opinion.

I don't need to question Adam's "Cyclone card" any more because he's NOT a Cyclone. The traitor jumped off our sinking ship and left to help our arch-rival earn a 3-seed in the tournament, not something I'm going to pat him on the back for and say, "No big deal." As an ISU fan I think he could understand our anger in that if he had hung around we could have had some better years recently. (I know, I know, maybe we don't get GMac if he's still around...)

We don't know the whole circumstances regarding Adam's transfer - I've heard some things regarding the program and team at the time that would make it understandable for him to transfer. No hard feelings. Is AT a traitor? Is Stacy Frese a traitor? No, they just found a better situation for themselves and I can't blame them for it.

I would have taken Adam's "Cyclone Card" too. (I like that term.)

AT is a cyclone because he chose to be. Adam lost his "cyclone card" because he chose to give it up. He can still be a fan, and root on his brother, but to me he's no longer a cyclone. If you'd ask any hawkeye fan, I'm sure they'd tell you that AT is no longer a Hawkeye, and that's fine with me.
