Are we going to start down this road again? The fact of the matter is that many pranks could result in felony charges, but the county attorney usually doesn't do it. For example, knew a kid that burned down an abandoned house. By all rights it should have been a felony, but guess what, got some community service hours and probation.

I've know people to break in to schools, "borrow cars" and steal very expensive things, etc. etc. hardly any consequence.

Like I said, do we really want to go down this road?

arson, auto theft , and burglary are just pranks? We better let all those hilarious pranksters out of prison then. I'm guessing the people you know were minors and first time offenders that received reduced sentences.
