Tim is also a good recruiter, and in the pros you do not need to recruit. Tim is a college coach first, pro coach second.

I beg to differ, you absolutely do need to recruit free agents in the NBA.

The problem with a guy like Floyd in the NBA is that he is tagged as a "college coach" and has no "street cred" with the NBA stars you need to sign. Guys like Phil Jackson and Pat Riley get guys to come to their teams (often for less money)...it is really a recruiting proposition.

Is Tim one of the worst in the NBA? Yeah, I can see that.

But on the Top 10 worst in all sports? Please...that's laughable.
