Continue to get it on more shelves and we’ll keep drinking it! Distribution has improved massively but still miles behind others that shall not be named.
Wonder if the Iowa Craft Beer Tent has it.I am on RAGBRAI and stopped by WestO. All out of Ames Lager.
Might not be a good sign if he just said the brewery that makes it doesn’t have it.Wonder if the Iowa Craft Beer Tent has it.
Gotta be honest even if I wasn’t trying to support WeWill Ames Lager is a solid beer and I’d enjoy it. It’s an easy drinking beer, but still has some flavor freshness to it.
Tall boys? 12 packs? 30 racks?12pm Thursday. Stay tuned…
Glass bottles for the summer would be nice
Depends on the beer. Some beers are better out of glass, like IPAs, but Ames Lager is definitely a can beer. That said, I collect beer bottle caps and make tabletop projects out of them, so some Ames Lager bottle caps would be solid for my collection! Why do you say that? IMO bottles are worse than cans in almost every way.

Yeah, I can agree that some beers taste better out of glass, but that's about the only benefit. They don't stay cold as long, harder to dispose of/recycle, not as easy to store a bunch in a cooler, not as easy to transport, can break.. the list goes on.
West O buying Guinness and Ames Lager will be on tap during the game in London?12pm Thursday. Stay tuned…
