Oh yeah, I messed that up real bad. Turns out lying a lot is really hard!
You guys were lucky to kill the right people because there were a few of us in the ghost thread that caught the slip up. Granted we had the knowledge of knowing your broke all our necks.

This was a fun variation of the game and had a blast. There’s a lot of things in this game that I think we should implement going forward. Things like a private ghost chat and having things for dead people to stay engaged are awesome additions. However, I doubt we have something like this for awhile due to the amount of time planning and writing out messages. @bsaltyman excellent game design. This was a blast and thank you for putting it on.

Oh, no...there was stabby stabby, then shooty shooty, then some really weird-ass tongue thing on the third kill, then another stabby stabby for SCNCY's kill... :D

So how were kills done? Did you just have to be in the same room and kill for an action or did you need to call your shot (GBlade in the Cafeteria)? Me telegraphing my movements probably made that easy.

We had to be in the room to make a kill. If there were multiple people in the room, I think bsalty randomized who got killed. The first one of us to connect on a kill on a given day registered the kill. We were all using kills, but sometimes there was no one in the room. Or maybe I did my kill in step 2 and Psy did his in step 3, so I got the kill. I happened to move to well-populated rooms. I'm still amazed that no one ever actually SAW me making a kill.

Edit - unless they did, but were unable to share the info for some reason...

Great game @bsaltyman! How much did the cat help with those write ups?

One thing that felt different is all the information coming in during the evening created a consistent power hour. Felt like each vote was important. The ghost thread was also great too.

If we do this again I was thinking of writing an excel/google doc macro to help the mayor the writeups.

Honestly, you could keep basically the same set up, just screw with some tasks maybe. And this game could be just as fun a second time. Not saying Salty should do that, for his own sanity, but rather if people liked it enough and someone was willing to mayor, its not as large of an undertaking as starting from the ground up.

I am somewhat intrigued by the "weird-ass tongue thing" method, but not enough to demand details.
How about a gif of it?
