I was hoping they would cut him during the game. Talk about a legendary move that everyone would be talking about today.

Cut him right after the game before the board the team plane and I can imagine this situation:

Team official: "Stop"
Ponder: "???"
Team Official: "sorry, this flight is only for the Vikings players and personnel"
Ponder: "But I'm a Viking"
Official: "not anymore"

Packer fans can say what they want- all of them that I work with admitted they breathed a sigh of relief when they heard Teddy wasn't playing. Prior to Ponder inflating their bravado, their QB had to tell them to "relax" because of how bad the Packers have looked early.

We'll see what happens in Minny.
