I think I ran all of the possible scenarios through the generator and if ISU defeats TCU:

1.
WVU defeats KU
OU defeats KU

ISU will end up with the #1 seed.

2. If KU defeats WVU, but loses to OU

OU and ISU tie, so it will come down to who finishes higher between Baylor and WVU. If WVU finishes higher, ISU has #2 seed. If Baylor does, ISU would have #3 seed. If they tie, then it goes to record vs. combinations of K-State/Texas/OSU and ISU wins out in all scenarios and would get #2 seed.

3. If KU loses to WVU, but defeats OU, then we finish second and have the #2 seed. (Could still tie with West Virginia, but win the tiebreaker).

WVU isn't beating Kansas. I said at the start of conference play if we can just manage to get second I'll be happy and I'm going to maintain that.

So the only way we don't get a top 2 seed (assuming a win over TCU) is if WVU loses on Tuesday and on Saturday, and Baylor wins on Saturday.

If all 4 tie for the title, the seeds would be:

#1 Iowa State
#2 Oklahoma
#3 West Virginia
#4 Kansas

This is the only way we can play KU before the Big 12 Championship IF we defeat TCU, but I would take it.

KU is likely to beat WVU on Tuesday
Baylor is likely to beat Texas Tech on Saturday

SO the big one is OSU at WVU on Saturday. Not sure how healthy WVU is right now, but OSU is in a free fall.

It would be nice if WVU would just beat KU tomorrow.

I'm so happy at the win and need to get over our 2-3 errors earlier in the season that cost us the title. Next year, we WILL get the Big 12 title....McKay and Niang show, directed by Morris.

Follow me here:
West Virginia wins at Kansas
Oklahoma beats Kansas
West Virginia beats Oklahoma State
Iowa State wins at TCU.

There would be a 4 way tie for first, seeding as follows:
1. Iowa State
2. Oklahoma
3. West Virginia
4. Kansas

That is insane.

If WVU Sweeps we wouldn't be top 2

I think this is right. Think I missed a piece by assuming a KU win tomorrow.

KU losing tomorrow and winning Saturday would probably be the worst case for us, because it bumps up WVU (who is our tiebreaker) but they don't lose the second game that could let us up into a tie with them.

Still hope they lose tomorrow.

But if KU wins Sat, then OU is 11-7 while we're tied with WVU at 12-6 and 2-0 head to head. So....

Was just coming to edit my post. Yes we have H2H over WVU so I don't think that's a problem. But if it's a 3 team tie then I don't know how that works, say with Oklahoma.

All I know is that, if KU wins tomorrow at home over WVU, then we should pull for WVU to win at home over OSU on Saturday, and if so, we get the 2 seed in KC if we win at TCU as well, or if KU wins at OU.

It would put us and WVU in a tie for second. And we have the tiebreaker, therefore the #2 seed.
