We have received no email about our ticket order and no tickets yet. It's Feb. 16, which is after Feb. 6 and Feb. 13. Don't know whether to be worried or relieved.

As someone else said. Ticket office said if you hadn't got a letter or email by Friday you have tickets. Would be nice to know the section though.

I just called the ticket office, and confirmed this. The lady said that if they didn't reach out to you last Friday, they will be able to accommodate your request for tickets. She said that actual seat assignments won't go out until towards the end of the month.

So.... to summarize and confirm... if I'm a upper deck season ticket holder who has not heard from ISU athletic dept. I need to buy tix from Sprint Center tomorrow or scalp/StubHub it?

Just e-mail the ticket office and ask... That's what I did this afternoon and They got back to me in 30 minutes.

For those of us who didn't get tickets through Iowa State, tickets go on sale from the Sprint Center at 10am tomorrow.

To help clear up some of the confusion I'm asking this question (s)-

Did you request tickets from the athletic department and did you receive an email saying you did not get tickets? Could you post the email if you got one?

I just called the number listed on the Sprint Center website and they are only able to be bought online not over the phone. She could give me no information about cost but did say they should have 3 different options for getting your tickets. Pick up, email or standard mail. Will be on at 10am along with 8 others scoopin tickets up.

To each his own but I don't know why anyone hoping to get tickets this way would go and announce it to the world and remind everyone when to get online and try. It's like you're drumming up your own competition. Maybe you guys are just buying them to scalp...

All 75 of the combined OU and Texas fans going to the Big 12's probably have their tickets.

This sale is going to be between ISU fans, KU fans, and ticket brokers

I would agree with the Texas fans but I think that Oklahoma and Oklahoma State might have a better showing in Kansas City this year. The Cowboy fans are a fairly loyal group. I would imagine 750-1,500 fans from the Oklahoma schools this year. The Baylor fans also tend to travel fairly well given their proximity to Kansas City. But there is little doubt that the primary fight for tickets at 10:00 a.m. will be between Iowa State, Kanas, and the scalpers.

Did anyone receive notification from the ticket department that they did NOT get tickets?

Looks like Sprint Center allotment is gone too. I had tickets in lower, then decided not to buy one. Looks like I'll be sticking with ISU's allotment.

I don't like how Sprint Center charges crazy "service fees". When you buy from schools, service fees are little to nothing.

Got 4 all session tickets in section 217 row 15 for $900 just now off the sprint center website. Wouldn't allow me to buy more.

Just email tix department. They will tell you if your requests has been filled. Tix should be mailed next week.

Refreshing every 30 seconds an hour a head of time? Right

I like Sprint Center's ticketing system since you don't have to refresh and fight for tickets. They put you in "waiting area" and allow you to buy tickets without refreshing every two seconds.
