The big ten was 4-3 in bowl games this year. I know that they are touting it as this great accomplishment, but it's only great because of how bad they were the year before Good conferences see that type of record as a down year, like when the big12 went 4-4 this year.

for Gayest cities in America. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Wrong. It's great because the Big 10 went 4-0 against teams ranked in the top 15. Look at who the Big 12 played in bowls and who the Big 10 played, it isn't even close.

My dad actually considered transferring to EIU while at ISU in the late 60's. He had everything ready to go and had just traveled to IC when he saw 2 guys making out on the corner. He then made the correct decision and got back to Ames ASAP. He has been a Cyclone ever since.
