Generally, it is the most boring arena of the Big 12. However, don't a ton of Iowa State fans show up there? It would be nice to have our cheering be louder than theirs in Fort Worth.

I feel like every road game is a trap game in this conference.

I think it's safe to say we could lose any game from here out where we don't show up ready to play.

I almost feel like I'm being trapped in to a trap cage and being forced to believe this is a trap game. If we lose it's not because we got "trapped", it's because we didn't defend well.

Curious if everyone is calling this "Trap Game" and giving TCU credit for being a possible loss, at what point can it no longer can be considered a Trap?

With the way this season has gone so far and the state of cyclone nation I don't think any game is going to be a trap game. I guess that is the upside of being over-the-top bearish on this team.

As much as I'd like to hype this 9-9 TCU team up, it would take us playing poorly to lose this game.

If we get after it like we have the last two games on defense, we'll win. If we don't, it could be a game.

I don't consider it a trap game at all. I consider it a road game that will be tough.

The positioning of this game does make for a classic trap game, but I think the fact that we've already been brought back to reality early lessens my fear of that somewhat. The team seems a lot more humble than they potentially could be, and the scars from that are fresh. The danger to me comes from the fact that the Big 12 is so good. TCU is not a terrible team, so a great effort by them, paired with a bad day from us, can make a win or loss come down to a series of plays, and then anything can happen.

I feel good that we will be dialed in on defense, and play with the proper pace. Those two things dramatically decrease the chance of an upset.

The KU game loses a lot of luster if we lay an egg at TCU. Win both games and we are at least tied with KU in the standings. Big opportunity to make a move if we can stay focused.

No road game in our league is a trap game, if you don't think they'll all be tough you don't pay attention to big 12 basketball. If TCU wins it will have nothing to do with who comes to Hilton Monday. Calling it a trap game is reserving an excuse in case you lose.
