There's a reason why Angel Hernandez has the reputation he does. He's terrible.
Beat me to it. My response to OP's question was going to be, "Because it was Angel Hernandez who reviewed the play". The announcer at the very end of the clip summed it up nicely...

I loved listening to the Cleveland version, they were pretty much just admitting it was a tie game. Absolutely awful.

I've heard him mentioned numerous times which is not a good thing in the officiating business. The less people who know your name the better.

thats the first time ive actually seen that.....terrible. How can you justify that to your boss the next day and shown the review again? He must be as blind as the ref that called Georges for the reach in foul on EJ to end that game in hilton.
