Bowl Announcements?

Does anyone know if the bowls are picked this weekend? I think in the past they have been picked the weeked of the Conf Championships, but they may have been picked the weekend after. I can't find it anywhere where it is stated when they are picked this year. Regardless of when they are picked, I am very excited to see where we go... the Houston loss throws a monkey wrentch in to everything.
