And Arnaud will need help from his receivers separating from coverage, running crisp routes, making tough catches, getting YAC, and not dropping gimmes.
If Arnaud breaks out, its obvious our WR's are going to be good.

Also, it seems like people have already forgotten about Jake Williams. He was good last year and will be better this year.

Arnaud has great arm strength. He hits that deep out easily and with velocity. Touch and timing in the offense have been his problems.
I second that, we need our newbee LB's to get in there groves asap if we are to have a chance of looking respectable this year
Sorry- the image of our linebackers scrambling through a small forest has me in hysterics... :biglaugh:
Who do you think could be the most improved player this season?
I'm going with Austen Arnaud as THE breakout player of 2010/11. He has all the tools and a tough year (in which he battled hard) under his belt. He has a slew of receivers with real potential and a great line in front of him. I think he's going to have a big year.
BUT I think we should keep an eye on these guys to have really good years, too
A-Rob
Franklin
MacDonough
Johnson
Sims
And I love the left side of this offensive line: Osemelee, Alvarez and Lamaak. Really a good unit.
Even without Haughton, I really believe that the ISU offensive line will be the best one we see on our schedule this year.
Knott and McD on D, Money and Sed on O. I respect what Jake Williams did last year but if half of the potential would show up at WR and half of the injuries would not have happened, he would not have gotten half the snaps that he did last year...
