It's been a good day for Illinois State. It's hard to find the last two teams. I'm cheering for K State and Illinois State to be the last two.

Kansas State moves up the ladder for first-four-out. Not sure they're quite in yet. Beat WVa, and it could be a done deal. KSU's non-conference SOS weighs down the profile like a cement block.

Wonder if Butler may drop from the 3 line.

I think Butler might've been at high-4-line even before that loss (and the loss itself isn't damaging in isolation). Butler is battling with teams like Florida State, Florida, Purdue-ish, maybe UCLA and Duke, and all those teams are still playing.

I'm hoping Xavier continues to win, hopefully jumping to a 10 or 9 seed. Do not want to see them in a 6 vs 11 match-up.

14 teams, only 4 will get in. Pick the 4 you'd send if you were on the committee.

I'd send Vanderbilt, Kansas St., Wake Forest, and Rhode Island with Syracuse and Cal being the next teams.

I know nothing about how teams are selected, but based on what you've compiled here I'm taking Vandy, Wake, K-State, and Cal just over Rhode Island.

K-State, Illinois State, Wake Forest, Cal I guess. Pretty unremarkable bubble this year. Vandy with 15 losses isnt getting in, if they do Ive lost all faith in having a 68 team field instead of 64 like it should be.

Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Kansas St for sure. Rhode Island, Cal, and Georgia fighting for the last spot.

Where they love the governor
Iowa's bubble has burst (exploded is more like it). Rough day for Big Ten bubble teams.

I enjoyed Bubble Watch's take on the situation:
Perhaps the Bizarro Hawkeyes -- a mediocre Iowa team playing great late in the year, pleasing their fans and their volatile head coach in equal measure -- finally flew too close to the sun. With five minutes left to play Thursday, with his team down 87-62, Fran McCaffery was assessed a technical foul. And she was singing, bye bye Miss American Pie, drove my Chevy to Panchero's but Panchero's was dry ...

Amazing that Syracuse continues to get love. Undeserving.

I would take Cal, Kansas State, Wake Forest, and Rhode Island. I would have Illinois State out, but I can see them slipping in.

Based on that chart:
Wake Forest
Vandberbilt
Kansas State
Indiana (surprised myself with that choice)

What I feel like committee might do:
Wake Forest
Vanderbilt
Syracuse
Georgia

What I would do:
Wake Forest
Vanderbilt
Rhode Island
Illinois State/Cal/KSU

Cal beats Oregon today and I think the committee finds them a spot. Lose and it's NIT city. The bears had so many close calls and good opportunities to pick up more good wins, but would fade at the end. As of this moment, even as a Golden Bears fan, I would leave them out.
