I don't know why Lunardi hates Kansas State so much. They are IN win or lose.
KSU should be in with a 6th place conference finish and coming within seconds of a conference tournament title game. I'm still amazed how the Big 10 could get more teams in the tourney than the Big 12 with Purdue as their #1 seed losing to a #8 seed. I think that even TCU could beat the lowest seeded Big 10 team that makes the tourney.
I'm curious how the committee will handle K-State. I've seen weaker resumes get invites (relatively speaking, each season is different, of course).
I think ESPN keeps that little troll in their basement and only lets him out for February and March. He gets too deep in his own BS and starts to believe it.
I still don't think KSU is a lock. For as weak as the bubble was touted as being, there's a lot of teams that did themselves a lot of good during the conference tournaments. I think the question is just how safe some of the teams we were expecting to be in really were.
Had they won they would have been. I still think they get in. There were teams that did well for themselves but many flopped too.
KSU has to sweat it out and should with their resume. They had their chances. I won't say they should be in just because they are B12. I'd have to compare them to the other teams with similar resume's and I sure as hell don't care enough to do so. I hope they get in for what that is worth.
It might have been best for KSU to lose by one last night to WV versus winning by one and then getting beat by 30 by ISU tonight. 
Although I haven't seen it suggested anywhere, could Alabama enter the bubble conversation if Tide beats UK?
Lunardi has ISU a 6 seed with WV a 4 seed? If we win tonight we are a 5 seed at least IMO. WV and ISU have same RPI but WV SOS is 60th. If WV is truly a 4 seed than ISU is a 5 seed no mattter what happens.
That's not how it works. The raw RPI number is very coarse grain, so the best you can get from that number is that ISU and WVU COULD belong to the same group, but you need to mine down to get details. You don't get seeds based on just the raw number.
