Building a meat smoker - who's done it?

Are you talking about the arduino board? Cuz those are right around $30. But thats just the "brains" of the setup. You would then have to rig everything else up to it (fans, temp probes, relay, etc.)

I did some google searches after I posted that. That looks pretty bad *** and I like how you can build it into anything, I do believe I have a new direction to head with my project. Thanks!

No problem! The toughest part of going this route would be writing the code (for me anyways, not sure what your code skills are)
