Can we talk about Ohio?

The State of Hockey
From what I’ve heard they have trouble stopping the run. Their game with penn state was over by the second quarter. Campbell seems to crush lower FBS teams so I don’t expect a let down. I’m hoping a good game that we can get some younger players more reps in the second half. I think our DL is coming in it’s own so I expect to see some sacks and I think our OLine is settling in so I expect a big game on the ground. I think the Iowa game gave confidence that will help them with any adversity they face plus a wake up call to protect the ball more.

Stats wise, Ohio are real bad against the run

Looking at the box scores, Penn St ran all over them (6.9ypc). FAU they outscored at home, and FAU is actually a decent team with a good core back from last year. So I don't think they are terrible. But they couldn't throw on PSU. I would guess their o-line is good, but not P5 good, and couldn't give their QB any time to throw on PSU.

I'd expect ISU will be fine as long as special teams are boring (ie competent) and no turnovers. Probably a lot of run game, and Silas/Sanders carries to spread that load around.

With temps forecasted to be mid-80's, I'm hoping for lots of clouds. Otherwise, it can get brutal.
