If I were Oklahoma, I'd try to get talent away from ISU, too. After all, they're next.

Bought my "Beat Oklahoma" shirt last week for $8 at the Campus Bookstore in Ames (across the street from the Memorial Union bookstore).

This is the 3rd CB Oklahoma has offered after we were pursuing him for awhile (Peterson, JC Everett, now Simon). I'm thinking OU's staff is impressed by the talent evaluation of our staff and is tracking our recruits, at least in the defensive backfield.

Oh, I am in awe. If only I didn't need to spread rep around...:notworthy:

Ya think??? Since, IIRC, Bobby Elliott coached Stoops at Iowa?

To say ISU was Bradford's #2 is actually pretty funny. I'm pretty sure he called playing for Oklahoma his childhood dream.

But I don't think Oklahoma offered until pretty late. Bradford wasn't that highly recruited so it isn't like Oklahoma was all over him from the beginning. I think we were his choice up until Oklahoma offered so its a legit #2.

I guess it is a testament to our coaching staff that Oklahoma has to wait to see who we get to visit at DB to know who they should bring in for visits.

It might we wise for Gary to consider which school actually has the better secondary coach. Since OU keeps coming after the players we bring in for visits, it is pretty obvious that the OU staff trusts our secondary coaches abilities more then their own.
